In our company, Davao A+ Credit Corporation we use 1. Pamphlets 2.fliers 3.sign boards from the company itself and to the SSS agency as concerned 4. Printers and 5. Numbers. We use pamphlets as means of advertising our company aside from radio ads, fliers to are used but mostly our fliers are used to instruct our fresh clients, possible clients and agents on what requirements are needed for application and what they get from us, as to our agents we give them commissions and it is stated on our fliers. We use sign boards so that others may able to locate us easily, sign boards or tarpaulin from SSS are used to warn or inform our clients about ACOP or the Annual Confirmation for Pensioners. Printers help us to reproduce the summary our transactions, releases, profit for the week, it made our responsibility in creating weekly report easily unlike before when we are just writing it all. Numbers are provided to our clients everyday so that we can cater them all fairly.

As far as our company is concerned, where documents, possible charts, tables and graphs can be made I believe it should be kept secret or hidden, aside from private documents of the company we can never tell who is a spy therefore then, I there is nothing much I can recommend our company must provide in terms of advertising and establishing means of communication to our clients
